State says nobody has a right to sell the drafts on the open market for a profit, as this infringes on the state's right to keep an asset 'of deep symbolic significance' that belongs to the state and the public.01:40 27.11.15 | 0 comments
SDHD: "Johnboy thinks occupations can`t be terminated unilaterally?" An occupation can't be terminated by the occupying power simply standing up and saying so. Its authority HAS TO GO TO SOMEONE ELSE, and so if the occupying power STILL CLINGS TO THAT AUTHORITY even when it insists that it DOESN'T HAVE THAT AUTHORITY ANY MORE then its "insistance" is merely "nonsense". SDHD: "Israel had the authority. Now Hamas has the authority." Tell me (a) what authority Israel ACTUALLY gave up, and (b) what authority Hamas ACTUALLY has now NOTE: your list in (b) can not contain any "authority" that the Palestinians were already exercising before disengagement because - axiomatically - if they were exercising it BEFORE disengagement then it can't be "evidence" that the disengagement ended this occupation.
