The Jewish people unilaterally declared sovereignty with their Declaration of Independence. "3) the territory was captured in defensive wars" - makes no difference. Acquisition of territory by war is not allowed. Full stop. "4) God promised the land" - and a great big spaghetti monster offered me all the land from here to Outer Mongolia. Look, I even wrote the book where he says so. It's in Black and White. Of course, you then follow it with a religious tract which show that the ONLY one of those 4 points you really believe in is (4), and the other three are mere window-dressing.
