"Glory be to Allah who did take His Servant for a journey by night from the Sacred Mosque to the Aqsa Mosque" The mosque obviously wasn't built when that was written and nowhere in the Koran does it say it was in Jerusalem. In fact, nowhere in the Koran is Jerusalem even mentioned! Now the site is equally holy to Jews and Muslims. Jews have never stopped Muslims from praying there; it's time Muslims showed equal respect for freedom of religion to Jews. They demand it for themselves - now let's see them give it!
