i agree! 11 people for a hit in a neutral territory doesn't add up? sounds more like an honor killing of some sort...or one that required representation from more than one interested party. perhaps a sentence, agreed to by several parties, none of whom would carry it out unless all parties passing sentence were represented at the execution. this would require every party to participate equally in its every aspect. that way, if the involvement of any was discovered, none could attempt to save face by denying their part in the agreement with a doublecross that would the leave any other holding the bag. that would explain the number of people involved...
