What a silly argument, as if the British Mandate for Palestine were extant and we are to debate its meaning. The Mandate expired 14 May 1948. So forget Jordan and any role it might play the the future of the Israeli occupied Palestinian territory. Jordan became a sovereign nation in 1946, and enjoys the same sovereignty as Israel. Land East of the Jordan river is not Jordanian occupied territory: it is Jordan. The land West of the Jordan river is Israeli occupied Palestinian land. It is unfathomable why you Jews seem unable to grasp that. Part II of UN resolution 181, the resolution under which Israel declared statehood, spells out in meticulous detail the land in Palestine over which Israel is to have sovereignty. Why don't you read it, and remove your confusion of all these years.
