"If borders are determined by sovereignty, then Areas C in the West Bank, East Jerusalem, the Golan Heights, and the Shebaa Farms belong to Israel and Areas A & B in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip belong to the Palestinians. I don`t think that you want to go there." I don't think you do, Jeff, but I'm quite comfy; thanks for asking. Do me a favour; grab a dictionary, then look up 1) Sovereignty 2) Jurisdiction 3) Occupation Then get yourself some help by browsing over to the ICRC web site; they have a wealth of information on International Humanitarian Law. You know, the Laws of War and the Laws of Occupation. Coz I think you will find that all the places you claim for Israel are under Israeli *jurisdiction*, and all the places you claim for the Pals are under PA *jurisdiction*. Not sovereignty. Jurisdiction.
