I think you need to look up the word "subjective" in the dictionary, Eli. BTW: Do you know that Adolph Hitler claimed that Poland attacked Germany? Look it up: it's the "Gleiwitz incident". Such nonsense is exactly why int'l law can't be bothered concerning themselves with "who started it?", precisely because both sides always point the finger at the other guy and says "they did!" Int'l law solves that **SUBJECTIVE** argument by saying that the acquisition of territory by war is illegal NO MATTER WHO DOES IT.
