Nothing to help strengthen Abbas's administration in the West Bank. Nothing to help unify Pals so as to allow them to negotiate meaningfully with Israel. Rather, wait for provocations and then strike with maximum military "might" - thereby destroying all hopes and dreams of peace-loving peoples in the Middle East.
