"It never ceases to amaze me how people sitting in the luxury of their homes in Texas can have the temerity to criticize Israelis.." Indeed and as you pointed out, the palis were better off when Israel was administering the disputed terrorities. Israel built a bustling pali economy with a GDP of up to 13% according to the World Bank, and invested hundreds of millions in infrastruture projects. Literacy went up, surpassing that of Egypt & Syria. 7 universities were set up on WB, financed by Israeli and private Jewish funds. The palis also had free access to Israel?s medical programs that led to a steep drop in infant mortality, down from 60 per 1000 live births to just 15. All went downhill when the corrupt arafat & his cronies took over, as the UN Development Reports clearly show. Just as Israel is blamed for the PLO/PA's failings, the IRC is holding Israel overall liable for the dire state created by its enemies.
