If some Israelis feel it is immoral to serve in the West Bank and Gaza, they are then "thrown into jail for sedition" or get the worst job in the army which has the "highest death rate in the IDF". But what, I wonder, was done to the IDF soldiers who refused to remove the settlers squatting in Hebron market because they thought it was immoral to do so? Were they "thrown into jail for sedition", or get that most fatal job in the IDF you describe? Or--could it be these soldiers are only punished if they believe that brutality towards Palestinians is wrong?
