    Right here: "3) Jim...neither Israel nor the world are stupid enough to get rid of territories first in order to start negotiating a peace treaty." The weasel-words: "get rid of territories". Arik, Israel OCCUPIES those territories, it does not OWN them. The territory is therefore not Israel's to "get rid of", nor to "put out in the trash", nor to "give away", nor any other variation on that theme. Israel merely has CONTROL over that territory, and the only question is when - and under what conditions - it is willing to relinguish that control and withdraw its army. The arrogance and the ignorance of your statement is staggering, because it signals that you believe these settlements are ALREADY on Israeli territory, and Israel is being pressured to "give that territory away". That is simply untrue: the settlements are on PALESTINIAN territory, and Israel is being pressured to withdraw from that territory.
