Eli, what do you wish Hamdi to explain? You should ask him to start with Khartoum, because you are totally confused about Khartoum and the three no answers. There were no Israeli offers to Palestinians, or anybody else, at Khartoum as you seem to imply. The Khartoum summit took place from 29 August to 1 September 1967, not 1978. The summit was a conference by the Arab League and was attended by eight Arab heads of state. There was no Palestinian participation. The Khartoum Resolution produced three no answers having to do with Arab dealings with Israel. You should apologize for your snide remarks about Mr. Hamdi?s intellect, and submit your own intellect for scrutiny.
