Rabbi ... the Talmud is wrong if it says I hate Jews. You shouldn't read the Talmud or any such books as if they were the telephone directory. This is a serious problem for many religious people. They live in a static world where the human person is an object to be ordered around by God and God's agents. In fact the human person is a subject whom God loves, but does not own. I am not a Jew because there is no need for me to be so. Jews are saved (at Sinai) and there is no need for Jews to become Christians. Jesus, Who is the Messiah, came to bring the Revelation of God to those who 'know Him not'. Clearly this doesn't include the Jews who brought knowledge of God to us all. As for homosexuality, well I am happy to leave these questions to the settlement of a loving God whom I learned about from my teachers and priests at the wonderful Catholic school I attended all those years ago ... which was the same place I learned that the Jews were the 'Family of Jesus'.
