Brod: "The fact is Judea and Samaria are Israel`s LIBERATED historic homeland." First things first: the term "historic homeland" is meaningless if you insist on using it in the same sentence as the word "Israel". After all, **this** state of Israel only sprang into life in 1948, so its "history" dates back only 62 years. Second point: the word "LIBERATED" only has meaning if the territory is taken **from** an occupier and returned **to** its sovereign. That requires you to demonstrate that sovereignty over East Jerusalem was held by Israel prior to the Jordanian occupation in 1949, and that is something you simply can not demonstrate. And if you can't (and you can't) then the events of 1967 merely replaced one occupier with another.
