I guess by your reasoning the citizens of Oklahoma City, Lincoln NE, Boise ID, Shreveport LA, and a fairly sizeable list of US cities and towns are at risk since they allowed Timothy McVeigh to live amongst them even after he consistently proclaimed his disdain of the US government. Afterall, he is second only to Bin Laden amognst terrorist who have attacked the US. I guess the USAF should start dropping leaflets over large swaths of American soil warning residents that they are subject to bombing if they don't leave since they are known to have harbored terrorists. Even the 9-11 terrorists spent a combined 17 years on US soil, so that means there are quite a few Americans who are guilty of allowing terrorist to live amongst them. Definition or Absurdidty : Holding and entire population responsible for the acts of an exceedingly few amongst them. Will you go to any lengths necessary to justify war crimes?
