How very judgemental of you. My name is a jewish name rather than a Haredi one as you assume. The point you make is very weak; how many jews did NON yeshiva students save? The fact that Torah is being learned in Israel guarantees nothing. But if there were no Torah in Israel, it would guarantee the end of Israel. It would be tantamount to denying our past and our connection with the land, thereby closing off any possible future for us in the Holy Land of Israel.
