    "Hamas is done anyway". Ronnie, do you really think only because Syria will put some pressure on the extreme wing of Hamas (which would be a very good thing indeed), they will all of a sudden disappear from the political landscape ?? What are you going to do with the more or less 800'000 Palestinians who voted for Hamas last spring...?? Throw them into the sea...?? And should Fatah really manage to overthrow Hamas (by whatever means), what do you expect to happen...?? Do you think Hamas will start a Palestinian "Peace now" movement in Gaza...?? One doesn't have to be a fortune-teller to assume that the day Hamas is out of power, they will restart their "war of the busses". Remember, the East-Germans have shown only too well, if you are not lazy, you can always dig a tunnel under a fence. Would this really be a good scenario for Israel? Yes, for the all-time refuseniks for sure.
