    "The second problem is the victims and the relatives of victims whose lives have been ruined .How do you reconcile that?"- Ephraim Nothing will bring them back, there is no consolation for the victims and their families. All we can do is try to minimize future victims. I have no problem with instituting a "take no prisoner" policy for terrorists.
