If you refer to the Ben-Gurion airport then you should know that the airport was built by the British mandate authorities in the 1930s before there was a West Bank or occupation. So, there. Now as to whether this airport will be under threat if a true peace agreement were signed- I doubt the Palestinians would be foolish enough to attack the airport or incoming/taking off planes which might belong to carriers other than Israeli, because Israel would be justified and would indeed bring about a second and more devastating Nakba.
