There is one point, though, you are forgetting: There Saudi offer isn't really explicit regarding the fate of refugees (what is a "just solution" to the issue? We all know that the traditional position of the Arab world on this matter is that Israel should take everyone in. But I think we all know that Israel won't take 3-5 million (The numbers come from using UNRWA data, the difference are refugees living the the WB and Gaza, would they have the right to move to Israel too? Could Israel, with 7.5 million inhabitants, suddenly take 3-5 million people in even if they were Jews?). I do believe though that both parts should overcome their differences. And let's face it, the refugee issue seems to be one of the main dealbreakers - probably even more important than Jerusalem and maybe at the same level of security and sustainability issues regarding any deal.
