I think you'll find the objection is the use of fake/forged passports which actually belong to the country whose name is stamped on the front. You might think that putting at risk the citizens of those countries at risk when they undertake legitimate business abroad whether it's a holiday or on business is a hoot. I can assure that we do not, and when your ambassadors were called in to explain things, they were invited to put the record straight they chose not to.
