e: "sorry, but its about people being illegal in the westbank, " No, it is about what an occupying power can/can't do inside occupied territory. And Int'l Law is very clear on this: an occupying power can not forcibly remove a protected person from occupied territory NO MATTER WHAT THE MOTIVE. e: "those, without legal permission to stay in the west bank have to leave" The occupying power has NO authority to force the removal of any protected person from occupyied territory: Article 49 of Geneva Convention IV absolutely prohibits the occupier from doing so. e: "yes, terrible, but every country has masses of deportations every day " That is exactly where your argument falls down i.e. the country is "Israel", but this territory is not "Israeli territory". Israel is the OCCUPIER, not the SOVEREIGN, and so it can act as if this is her soil. It isn't her soil; it is foreign soil.
