Otto Rand asked: "How about Israel? Did it have a land, a territory before 1948?" You contrive not to answer THAT question by the duplicitous trick of misquoting him: "Was there a Jewish land before 1948?" A land chock-full of Jewish land-owners does not equal a Jewish state called "Israel", Bill. So cut to the chase: Otto asked: "How about Israel? Did it have a land, a territory before 1948?" Your answer, stripped of its misrepresentation, was "No". There were JEWS there before 1948, sure, and some of those JEWS had always been there, and the vast majority had come from all over the world between 1923 and 1947. Sure. And the same could be said of the ARABS who were there before 1948, Bill. Sure. But there wasn't an "Israel", and so it can't have had any territory before 1948.
