You can't have it both ways Zio. Israel's claim to the land within pre-1967 borders rests solely on world and UN recognition of those borders. Israel has no other right to them. However, that same world and UN recognition also recognises that Israel has no rights in the West Bank and Gaza. So either you can go with world and UN opinion and keep Tel Aviv Israeli, and the West Bank non-Israeli. Or you can reject world and UN opinion, in which case Tel Aviv is every bit as much disputed territory as Hebron.
