"Prisoner of War exchanged for other P.O.W....and *NOT* POW exchanged for criminal or someone who targeted civilians." I thought this too, but actually Israel already released the majority of the POW's taken in this war. I was hopeful, when the IDF held 300+ people in a Lebanese army camp (the commander of which has since been punished following video footage of the 'happy takeover'), that this might be the end of the story - but they were set free too. In the end I'm forced to conclude it wasn't about the prisoners.
