    It is ahistorical to blame continued Arab rioting and pogroms against Jews (there was not an Israel at that time, merely hated Jews) continuing from the 20's into the 30's on this or that "zionist provocation"--Arab hatred of the outsider when it manifests itself has nothing to do with any actual provocation--not at the Western Wall (not the Wailing Wall, the Western Wall) nor in the Christian villages raided by mobs bent on pillage and murder for non-existent (imaginary, invented, fabricated) desecrations of the Koran. The tragic story is that Zionists have in the past refused to use sufficient force in a timely fashion to deter those who do not respect restraint.
