Arabs do have human rights in Israel, what they don't have is civil rights because Israel is a special purpose state. Its for Jews, a kind of Indian Reservation like for the Navaho Indians in New Mexico, USA. The Arabs don't have many land titles in Jerusalem; they waive old expired Turkish land leases to the media who can't read the language. The Arabs are living in stone shanties, dilapidated structures without proper sanitation or power. Some are built recently without building permits or inspection. Earthquake and health hazards in a modern city. We have urban renewal in the USA and some old timers resent gentrification, they can't afford to stay because prices are going up and a shanty must come down. That's not the same thing as discrimination or denial of human rights. I could never today afford to live in the home town I grew up in, and certainly not the house, it's value has skyrocketed 20X what my parents bought it for. That's not discrimination. That's change.
