Mark - I respecfully disagree with you respectful disagreement. Borders are not the most important issue for the Palestinians. The 'refugees' are. And, based on the fact that the Palestinians refuse to acknowledge a Jewish Israel one must surmise they are still fighting the war of 1948. Of course, this is their choice and right. However, the expectation of the Palestinians that Israel should continue to negotiate with themselves (metaphorical speaking) is unrealistic. No one is going to agree to their own demise. (An overun of Israel by Arab "refugees"). Hence, the war goes on. Seems to me the Palestinans are not faring too well so far. Peace may be a better option. Peace means a Jewish Israel. Refusing to say it only perpetuates the Palestinian suffering.
