    If you had done your homework you would have realized that Israel is bound to uphold UN Resolution 194. It's acceptance into the United Nations was conditional on it accepting and implementing Resolution 194. There for while Resolutions are not binding this one is and if Israel has no intention of implementing it than their acceptance into the U.N should become null and void and Israel should no longer be welcomed at the U.N.
