If EU thinks Hezbollah is part of the Lebanon government (the UN disagrees, obviously), it must be true that Lebanon as a state is fully accountable for any acts of war Hezbollah commits (including the last ones). So Lebanon (not Hezb) is the accountable return address for future cross-border firing, cross-border kidnap raids, and attacks on ships outside the 12 mile limit. Watch Israel completely destroy all of Lebanon's infrastructure, quite legally, under UN Article 51 if any of these things occur. Watch Israel legitimately ignore future UN resolutions on Lebanon in view of the UNs failure to stop Hezbollah rearming, as it was supposed to do. One hopes any EU warships don't make the terrible mistake of trying to stop Israeli forces defend their country if Hezbollah attacks. They're know they're hardly up to it, and the EU is fresh out of moral credibility.
