Yo Bou! Tis true the Rules of War have been written and are on the books. They are however not generally followed by anyone, competely.(Shame on Mankind!) The EU, UN, USA, Hezbollah, Israel, Britain, France, Serbs, Croats, Russians, Iraqi/Iranians etc all have and will break the rules when necessary for their gain in their wars. Nazi Germany was extremely barbaric as was Japan and all their allies (many from the Middle East). In order for the USA, Britain, France, Russia and their other Allies to conquer and bring to heal these evil barbaric governments/people, they had to be more barbaric. Remember Hiroshima/Nagasaki pretty barbaric eh? Sadam extremely animalistly cruel and barbaric, but see how barbaric the USA/Britian has had to be to bring him and his supporters to heal?? Sleep well ZZZZZZZZZZZZ
