E: "CJ what is objectivly illegal with israels annexation" The Kellog-Briand Pact said that you can not use war as a means of settling a territorial dispute. The Nuremberg Tribunals said that you can not use war as a means of settling a territorial dispute. The UN Charter says that you can not use war as a means of settling a territorial dispute. Israel seized East Jerusalem during a war, and that means that it can not ANNEX that territory merely because it seized it because (and repeat after me) you can not use war as a means of settling a territorial dispute. In 1967 East Jerusalem became - and still is - "Israeli-occupied territory", and Israel can not UNILATERALLY change that status from "Israeli-occupied territory" to "Israeli territory" because (and repeat after me) you can not use war as a means of settling a territorial dispute. So sorry, but that's the law i.e. UNILATERAL annexation of territory seized by war is illegal.
