(BTW, generally, bombers drop their extra fuel tanks BEFORE targeting their munitions. Also if Israel was trying to give Syria a casus belli, to attack Israel so that Israel would have a casus belli to attack Syria, why didn't Israel just bomb something - like say Assad's palace - straight away, rather than flying all the way across Syria to bomb and empty building, or "drop live munitions", or "drop munitions", or what ever? Your argument makes no sense.
