you always seem to be arguing the wrwong historical analogies. israel is a single state, not a collection of like-minded states. israel has no intention of waging war on the pals with the aim of destroying them and pushing them into the desert. israel only wants to negotiate for a small piece of land. if the pals continue to resist such negotiations, and continue their resistance policies, israel and her people will have no choice but to fight whatever war is thrust upon them. not every israeli might agree, but most will. once those who disagreed in the beginning, will join forces. israeli jews do not like to see their fellow citizens slaughtered. so, mark, don't even dream of your scenario.
