During a war "hit" means actually hitting, not being in the open field and missing the object. In a prospectus they need to truthfully reveal the risk level to the refinery. And therefore they have stated how very close the missile came. There's something hateful sounding about your tone. Are you looking hard & trying to paint Israel in a bad light at any point you can find? That's not buiding to peace, & one has to wonder what your internal motivation is. Don't like them jews maybe? Jews as deceitful liers was one of themes of the Holocaust & the anti-semitism that engulfed it. So, caution should be used to differentiate between when the country Israel is deceitful (as all countries are at times), vs. looking hard to find those attacks to support you internal hateful views of jews, & Israel by proxy. I know this is falling on deaf ears, but what the heck... Strategically what are they going to do during a war, give away info that it was an almost hit, so try again?
