Yael Patir, Israel director of the left-leaning U.S. Jewish body, sat down with Haaretz to talk about Trump, the gap between U.S. and Israeli Jews, and the growing anger at the Israeli peace camp. The Gaza one was correct. We didn't belong there, for many reasons. It wasn't just the soldiers' lives wasted along with too much money. Disengagement has clearly shown that the Arab culture is one of ignorance and hate. If they can't get easily at Jews to kill, they kill each other. While the West still isn't as awake as it should be, the level of sleep has lessoned. Maybe with more time, their eyes might open.
