Yael Patir, Israel director of the left-leaning U.S. Jewish body, sat down with Haaretz to talk about Trump, the gap between U.S. and Israeli Jews, and the growing anger at the Israeli peace camp. Though she concedes boycott efforts by some on the left have a negative effect, she rejects calls to keep peace efforts local.01:12 01.05.16 | 4 comments
The Holocaust crime against European Jews wasn't committed by Palestinian Arabs, though it shouldn't be forgotten that the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem went to Berlin to encourage the Nazis to intensify their efforts. But in 1948,despite all their Islamic whining about hospitality, most of the Arab world fell on the Jews in the Palestine Mandate, including desperate refugees with nowhere else to go,to kick all of them out despite their having every right to be there. When you attack people with their backs to the wall and nowhere to run to,you have a fight on your hands and deserve everything that you suffer. The Arabs' crime wasn't 1939-1945,it was 1948,and if they don't like the consequences,it's just tough and they'll have to start blaming themselves. THREE CHEERS FOR ISRAEL!!!
