Dear George, Unfortunately, you missed many long and short historical facts. It is shown by your phrase " colonialism and apartheid ". Using this phrase is as far as you can be describing the conflict between Israel and the Palestinians. For a start, try to read the book: From Time Immemorial written by Joan Peters an English Journalist who studied this subject for 7 years before she published this book. The facts are all there including copies of ducuments from the very begining and even before this conflict came into being. The majority of the Israelis want peace, those who defy this majority are doing it because they don't believe that while the Hizballa and Hamas exist, one can trust any document that this people will sign such as the Hizballa and Hamas igniring the documents that they signed to ended the last wars.
