Of course it isn't, but if you use fear of a people within a society as a political weapon then you breed ignorance. As people propogate more wild and hysterical lies to ensure that their loyalty to the regime is not questioned. That was Hitlers Germany. That was how the Holocaust was allowed to happen. To question the barbarity of Hitler's regime in Germany mean't that you to would be sent to the concentration camps along with your family. What would you have done? I have often asked myself that question. I would like to think I would have opposed Hitler and taken up arms, but unless you are experience that situation living in fear of the knock at the door, I don't think anyone can give a fully honest answer.
