    Don?t you understand? You cannot say Hezbollah is guilty, not Lebanon. Wherever a organized group, in this case, Hezbollah, takes the law in its own hand, it arms itself with the help of foreign countries and is attacking a neighbouring country, which creates an explosive situation in the whole region, then it is the duty of the government of this country to act. What did Lebanon do against this? Nothing, nothing and nothing. It even defended by words the Hezbollah. Only later on after the debacle it sended troops in the South. Today everybody knows what threat Hezbollah is for Lebanon. Hezbollah has to know that there is a price for such actions. Unfortunately many civilians are hurt and killed. The nature of Hezbollah is to hide between civilians, in mosques, hospitals, schools etc., in the south, in Beirut as well in the north!
