Israel seizes the West Bank and then illegally colonizes it with its own citizens. And flat-out refuses to accept the illegality of that action, and therefore flat-out refuses to accept that it has an obligation to right that wrong. That's how it can "offer" to withdraw from only some of the territory, and pretent that this is (somehow) a "concession" on Israel's part. No, it isn't. It's a "land grab", and the only person who is being asked to make a concession is Abbas, precisely because HE is being asked to condede some of his land towards that land-grab. It's like a bank robber "offering" to return some of the money, and then having the chutzpah to claim that he is making a "painful concession" by accepting that he can't keep it all. That isn't a "concession" at all: it is an attempt to retain some of his ill-gotten gains. That Israeli apologists can't see that point tells us everything we need to know about their mind-set i.e. it is a criminal mind-set.
