"Hamas suspects the security forces of an Arab state were behind the assassination..." According to Mahmoud Nasser, a member of Hamas' political bureau, the security forces of an Arab state were tracking al-Mabhouh *before* Jan 19 and then had him killed *on* that date - earlier than they had originally planned. Now I don't know whether Mahmoud Nasser is right or wrong. Neither do you. Neither does anybody. That's the point. Nobody knows who was ultimately behind the killing. But for you now to say that you will "wait until the findings" of the criminal investigations before drawing any conclusions is pious cant. You jumped to your conclusions (which just happened to accord with your prejudices) from Day 1 of this story. And by calling for punitive measures to be taken against "those British passport holders who also hold Israeli passports" you have pre-judged (not awaited) the outcome of the criminal investigations. That's your idea of "justice", Chris.
