continuation..... # 43 Jhonboy, The British Mandate expired but Not the "Mandate for Palestine" wich responsibility and trust was handed over to the United Nations after the League of the Nations dissolved . Despite the fact that the League of Nations was formally terminated in April 1946, the rights of the Jewish people in Israel , biblical hills included and in Jerusalem particularly were preserved by the successor organization to the League of Nations, the United Nations, through Article 80 of the UN Charter, which negated efforts "to alter in any manner the rights whatsoever of any states or any peoples (emphasis added) or the terms of existing international instruments" at the time of the UN`s creation. Strong Jewish delegations representing differing political tendencies within Jewry attended the San Francisco Conference in 1945 which led to the adoption of Article 80 of the Charter. (History of Zionism) Their mission was to protect the Jewish right of settlement in Israel under the mandate against erosion in a world of ambitious hostile states. Article 80 was the result of their efforts . We are thankfull to Arabs who gave and still give us the chance to prove to us and to the world that the " Mandate for Palestine" 'sacred-trust' was invested in good jewish hands as trustee and that the jews are capable of asserting independence as the State of the Jews is progressing to Statehood completion . appreciative thanks are also forwarded to the UN . # 45 Jeff The Mandate for Palestine recognise the jews fundamental connections to its Lawfull Historical Biblical Jewish Lands , Preamble of The Mandate for Palestine: "Whereas recognition has thereby been given to the historical connection of the Jewish people with Palestine and to the grounds for reconstituting their national home in that country" Article 4 "The Zionist organization... shall be recognised as such agency. It shall take steps ....to secure the co-operation of all Jews who are willing to assist in the establishment of the Jewish national home. " As granted and recognised , Jews are validly , legally , lawfully returning to settle in their biblical homeland . Consequently the 4th Geneva convention, article 49 does not apply to The Mandate for Palestine . Unless security considerations , the wall is valid and temporary , that is if arabs like to feel our thanks if they revert to their crimes . From all of us to all of you , Happy Xmas , Happy Mecca-Hajj trip .
