SDHD: "Who says your security threats who do not abide by the Geneva Conventions themselves are 'protected persons?' " Article 4, when it uses the phrase "in any manner whatsoever". SDHD: "Foreigners from other countries... Protected?" A Straw Man http://www.hamoked.org.il/items/112300_eng.pdf http://www.hamoked.org.il/items/112301_eng.pdf You will see that the amended order REMOVED the stipulation that the "infiltrators" be from "foreign countries". SDHD: "Combatants... Protected?" A Straw Man The amended order deals with PEOPLE WITHOUT PERMITS, and no longer makes *any* reference to "armed". SDHD: "Someone who travels from Gaza to the West Bank to cobble together terror operations... Protected?" Fer' cryin' out loud: go and read Articles 64 to 78, because they DEFINE the penal provisions for protected persons who commit acts of terror against the occupying power. Man, there really isn't any limit to your ill-informed ignorance, is there?
