Raphael, if your going to insult you have to have your facts correct. Israel is a Democracy NOT a Theocracy like in Iran. Also, the only reason Israel had to destroy Gaza is because Hamas fired OVER 7,000 rockets at Israel over 7 years before Israel had had enough and launched Operation Cast Lead. Hezbollah, started the 2006 war by capturing and killing 2 Israeli soldiers unprovoked, not to mention the 4,000 rockets they fired in 1 month at Israeli CIVILIANS!!!!! Notice Israel targeted Hezbollah and Hamas strictly, while Hezbollah and Hamas target Israeli towns, villages cities and civilians. Israeli soldiers fight in uniform, away from their civilian populations. Whereas Hezbollah and Hamas, do not wear uniforms, create and store rockets in bunkers in houses in civilian neighborhoods, launch mortars from schools, and hide amid their own people - purely despicable, and a WAR CRIME. There is a HUGE difference.

In a Sanders-Trump presidential race, many Jews will yearn for Bloomberg

Among Israel-minded voters, Sanders would get the J Street vote, Bloomberg would garner AIPAC’s and Trump would scrounge for leftovers.

Israel's angry, bitter left must reclaim the language of hope

We leftists whine and complain, we only talk about how bleak and hopeless life is in Israel. We alienate all those Israelis whose support we need to bring political change.
