    Frogus, don't bother if the only thing you can say is that it is the juridical system that has to ensure the justice. Of course. If you're suggesting though that HROs should be dissolved since they intervene with the juridical system, then you might as well be saying that all the private and public bodies (such as your precious persona or Haaretz newspaper) that can play role in finding out evidences operative in any jur. inquiry against them or others, should be devoid of this possibility. Juridical system is made of Law and the body applying it in particular instances and the many cases around the world where the court ruling was changed before or many years after the verdict would've never occurred if not for the HROs, press and little private people. With some reservations it can be said about Outreau and endless cases, in US and elsewhere. The HRO didn't break the Law, the opposite, it's the operative criteria in their activity. Mashriki didn't even accuse them of breaking any law
