You're talking about the second line of 242: "...the inadmissibility of the acquisition of territory by war..." Why do you think that applies to Israel? If it applied to Israel, Israel, the defender, would be forced to return the Golan Heights to Syria, the aggressor. What incentive would Syria have to desist from aggression if it has nothing to lose?
