Mark, You're right, the story is incomplete. One can only guess the facts. I read about this also in JP and on the IMEMC website. The only new fact here is the fact that the kid was apparently released and sent home. Was he shot and shackled in error? or did the IDF let a terrorist go? "And now, the boy who was so dangerous he had to be shackled despite his condition, the boy who supposedly tried to hurt soldiers, was freed on Monday night - to his home." - last sentence of article. It might be interesting if the whole story was told.
