I am certainly not an explosive expert, but doesn't 30 kilograms of explosives sound like a pretty low concentration? A gram, I thought, was equal in mass weight to a cubic centimeter of water. A thousand grams is not exactly a mindboggling amount. Take that time 30 is not exactly a threat to western civilization. What can a 30 kilogram blow up? The answer to that question would give us a better picture.
