Yes, so there are 30 Jews. 30 out of 100. These 30 Jews come from a group representing 2% of the USA population. SO WHAT?! They were elected on political merit, wit and ability to sell their views. So what if they are Jew. US democracy does not oblige the electorate or parties to stick to population quotas. Sometimes I wonder if Haaretz is pro-Muslim and anti-Jew. Why the questions? Why issues about fears of conspiracy? My view, as a non-Jew: I hope that these 30 leaders will be good to Judeo-Christian values in the US and good to Israel. Adonai, may it be so I pray.
